Generation Yers don’t expect to stay in a job, or even a career, for too long – they’ve seen the scandals that imploded Enron and Arthur Andersen, and AIG, and they’re skeptical when it comes to such concepts as employee loyalty. 

Yes, I do believe turnover is going to continue to be a serious issue. But, if companies can meet their expectations – for flexibility, being respected, etc,. I think we can g et a handle on turnover.
